Conducting trainings for all the personnel in an organization can at times be costly. In order to be cost efficient we conduct Training of Trainers (TOTs) where we create ‘Trainers’ within the organization. These trainers then go on to train the rest of the organization in-house. We are extensively experienced in developing and facilitating TOT workshops across a range of subjects and functions, generic as well as workshops tailored to the organization’s needs.
