As Four Corners Group was the top-rated firm among 7 applicants, SEF assigned Three Districts (Mithi, Larkana & Umerkot); other got 2 or 1.

FCG conducted the Applicants’ verification survey including applicants’ data & Proposed School location & 212 applicants were surveyed by the FCG from the above three districts. And 212 applicants contain 6500 calls.

Our team lead Shadab Fariduddin was the Capacity Development Specialist assigned by ADB for the Decentralization Support Program under Governance Reforms.

The program included Large-Scale trainings for Nazims, Naib-Nazims and Counselors.

He was also involved in the Administrative system design and implementation for various tiers of local governments.
